• my laser hair tech was so nice, personable, and professional. also, i almost had to cancel my appt due to no kid coverage and the owner - rebecca - told me to bring the kids! i was able to make other arrangements at the last minute, but her willingness to be flexible and accommodating so i could make my appointment was so unexpected and refreshing.
