• The online registration was so easy. The staff was very friendly and the instructor was obviously highly skilled and did a great job leading a mixed group of newbies through a very meaningful flow and meditation. I'll be back, and maybe with a friend.

• It was nice to have a free Christain yoga. We drove almost 3 hours to come so that my daughter would go. I've been trying to get her to go to church. She seems to be more scared of that than Christain yoga. Jesus is who she needs in her life and this was a soft way to get her back in to that. The class was great though too and made us reflect upon Jesus in our lives. Very calming.
