• I love IBY! I've been going since 2018. I don't live in Blacksburg anymore, but I always come to as many classes as possible when I'm in town. I like the focus on intention and accessibility in the classes. I like that the classes in the studio focus on yoga as a discipline rather than using it primarily as a work out. IBY is my favorite thing about Blacksburg, and actually the thing I miss most about the town!
