• To be honest I was underwhelmed with the sound healing. It doesn't compare to other experiences I've had. I felt like the man although he seemed very nice, that his energy was a bit off or maybe he has an illness. To me the gong and crystal bowls are like a singer in a group. They have the most power but I wasn't feeling the full power of them. the other instruments are the backup singers. And just because you have all of them doesn't mean you have to use them all. Uncertainly, I have felt very drained the past 24 hours. The studio maybe not be the greatest place. Perhaps the beautiful mat flooring absorbs the sound as well? I didn't feel it in my body like other times as I have in other places I loved the idea of the acupuncture, but I found the movement of the lovely lady helping us a little distracting even though she was quietly going around. In the past I've done a breathwork and meditation followed up with a sound healing. I really like the combination. I found the studio to be very beautiful and quite thoughtful. The people were all lovely. The lady at the podium who greeted me was warm and friendly. The owner introduced me and she very nice. It was a lovely atmosphere. I can tell the people care very much there. I would definitely try a class.
