I love Hayley's classes. This morning there were just two of us for an early class, so we had her undivided attention. She gave extensive instruction to the other lady, who was new, and to me, for my sore IT band. She put on gentle classical music so we could hear her and concentrate on her guidance, and it was a perfect hour. Thank you, Hayley, and In Balance Pilates. Suzanne
