It was my second appointment and I felt great after. During, I was scared because I have big protrusions/herniated disk in my lower back but Lawrence was very delicate, he told me what he will do at every step and I felt I was in good hands. I was recommended exercises which I will.do because the first set helped a lot too. Returning for sure/recommend
