• Maria is a great massage therapist. She worked with me to figure out which muscles were aggravating my sciatic nerve. She also figured out how my recovery from a broken ankle affected the rest of my body mechanics. I felt better after our first session. I still have work to do in terms of stretching and using the foam roller to loosen muscles. I plan to continue working with Maria as well.
