• Though I am aerobically fit I have only had infrequent opportunities to do yoga. I was feeling some trepidation, especially given that it was Kelsey's power classes I opted to take. She gently coaxed me to trust and listen to my body, demonstrating every posture and offering big smiles as I worked to reach my potential. I am a 71 year old woman and I felt like all my joints were greased ! The workouts were comprehensive. Kelsey offered a power class as a spiritual path, both a path of peace and self honoring and uniquely centered in focus on the body, fulfilling one's potential. Loved it. Going back for the sound healing tonight with Brendan. Expect it will be a bath of Light and contemplation.
