It was my first time getting a massage, and I wasn't sure which areas to focus on, so I decided to go with a full-body massage. I mentioned that I had just finished studying for the bar exam and work remotely, which meant I spent a lot of my summer with tense, shrugged shoulders. Laurie customized the session to focus more on the areas that felt the most tense and checked in to see if I wanted more pressure, which I realized I did. Overall, it was a great experience!
