• the second i walk in I'm excited to be there! The trainers are always pleasant (even at 7 am) and make the workout fun. I have some physical limitations that they're always prepared for.....they always have a different way for me to work the same muscles. The small class size makes it possible for the trainers to watch and work with all of us individually. I've met great clients also!!! Carley plays great music too!!!
