• The instructors are professional , friendly and caring. Workouts are varied. I have knee problems and can not always do the same exercises as the others but I am always shown a less stressful alternative. Groups are smaller which lends itself to a friendlier atmosphere. I highly recommend going to Next Generation Training Center in Montville.
