I alternate two great young trainers every week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Both are very knowledgeable and both have a great sense of humor as well. If I look forward to training at a gym, it’s got to be good! I took a little convincing but now IMP is my happy place!

IMP is great! It has a variety of gym equipment and is never crowded when I go there. Also very clean. I would highly recommend it.
