First class was Tuesday and I find the location clean, with friendly staff, upbeat vibe with patient instructors due to me being new and all; being a trainer/ instructor you have to have patience or else customers will find other resources. Bonus for me was when I needed re- direction I didn't feel like I was holding up the instructor( with the mic) because the other person jumped in to help! Thanks
