Everyone is nice and welcoming. The environment is very safe and comfortable for individuals that are not in top shape, but also challenging and keeps up with individuals who are. I love that trainers correct my moves if they see I'm struggling, but they don't hover So I don't feel anxious that someone is watching me at all times. They give 3 levels to every move so everyone can keep up without being discouraged. The music and the change of workouts combos keeps it motivational. It's overall fun and highly encouraging.
