The coaches in Westford, MA are top notch!! They all do a wonderful job getting to know where each member is in their fitness journey and helping to best guide us. They also keep the energy up and make the workouts so much fun. I have always struggled with finding any kind of workout that I can really enjoy until I went to ILKB Westford! I always look forward to my next class.
