The coaches are amazing and motivational. When needed you can ask for assistance and they will give you the support you need. I guess the only thing I would like to see improvement would be in the ladies locker room. Coming from work and having to change at the studio would be nice to have a table of some sort installed in the bathroom to unpack and change instead of having my stuff on the floor and then just throwing stuff in my bag.
