Not only are the coaches welcoming, encouraging and helping. All the members are as well, ever the quietest in class will surprise you with a glove bump. The support is contagious ❤️

I hate going to the gym. I absolutely love and look forward to going to kickboxing. Candice is awesome. She know and interacts with everyone. The coaches are fabulous!! I feel so awesome when I leave. Sometimes it is hard getting there.
