Going to ILKB has awakened my drive to exercise again. It's been a LONG time since I've done anything on a regular basis. I love the classes, the workout is phenomenal and it feeds the soul and mind as well as the body. I look forward to going and I always feel pushed to my max but great afterwards! I love it!
