• Until now, I’ve never found a workout program that I could stick with and enjoy. But ILKB is so much fun, a VERY effective workout, and you will never do the same workout twice. Never a second to get bored! My whole body has transformed since I started and everyone I know has noticed. I LOVE kickboxing, I LOVE ILKB. This program changed my life.
