• I love the exercise, but I also love the community in this studio- coaches, members, challengers: everyone is so friendly and encouraging. I have asked all of my friends to try it out with me, but most of them were intimidated by kickboxing somehow. They think of it as super intimidating type of exercise and we have to have certain type of physique for it.
