• The Poway iLKB is like a second family to me. The instructors REALLY care about you, the reasons you are there, and will help you get to your goal, whatever it is! The energy level of the instructors makes the classes extra fun and the hour passes quickly. The energy that I feel from class, carries on with me for the rest of the day.
