Loved the instructor and her energy... I have a bad knee and unable to fully do the workouts.. she was able to do them where they were moderate form as well. My son was shot in the head couple years ago and haven't been able to get out and do stuff for me really and it felt good to get out and punch on something and let out some stress... after the holidays I'll be back when I can afford it

The workout is such fun and burns so many calories. My pants fit better after TWO workouts. The coaches are helpful and encouraging and they make it fun. I love it!
