I will recommend this to everyone. It has been such a wonderful experience so far and I'm not done yet. The instructors are so enthusiastic about kickboxing that I just can't help but get excited with them. It's also the best total workout I've ever had and that's every class.

I love the classes... Misty Johnson especially.... but the price is a bit high... you could have an entire month gym membership with group classes for way less than here... still love the classes though! Great workout and fun!!!
