I gave ILKB-Evansville a 10 because after nutrition information & one class I already am telling people.Although the workout was difficult both of the instructors took time to with help me learn or instructed me on how to modify. Then afterwards, they each to a few minutes to encourage me & provide feedback. I really appreciate them for doing that for me!!!
