• I was nervous to join, as I wasn't sure what to expect and it's out of my comfort zone, but the atmosphere and coaches were super welcoming and helpful through the entire class! They made the class fun, but also held you accountable for ensuring that you're getting the most out of your work out. I'll be bringing a friend to join me for one of my classes!

• I like the energy of the instructor, He is so good in doing it. But the instructor should be visible to everyone not only for the people who are near around him. Somebody should going around checking if we are doing the right steps or positions so our back and shoulder won't hurt. It's a nice experience, I appreciate. Thank you!

• My experience has always been 10/10 at this location. I recently moved a bit further away so going to ILKB Royal Oak is quite the event in a day but the word regret and waste has never come to mind. I would use words such as fulfilled, energized, and even, dare I say, proud. Thank you ILKB Royal Oak team! I’m happily sore
