• I loved the thoroughness of the tour and directions for the class. The friendliness of the staff and clarity of moves was superb. The class flowed well and I was encouraged to continue on and so modified moves if necessary which was really helpful. The energy was high but not over the top. Ended with some nice stretching, which could've even gone longer, and clear and concise directions for the following classes. I loved it!
