Recently,I came to Illuminations and I have an amazing experience Osteopathy and Energy Healing with Jean Chaar he says when there is tension there is pain.Imbalance of the body obstruct the energy flow resulting in imbalances in the being. He uses his hand to scan the body without touching body before he start massaging some point with a gentle touch and tapping,stretching and a few exercises too. He guides on breathing regulation with compassion and positive intension encouraging the natural ability of the body healing.I feel so much good I am able to walk and feel my back and legs are balance. My stomach isnt bloated anymore, I sleep eight hours after the theraphy. I highly recommend to visit Illuminations and see Jean Chaar Energetic Osteopathy Healing.

Very welcoming, enjoyed the Trainer and experience a lot. Please update the parking instructions 🙏 to avoid starting stressed. People can pay for 9 hours in the zone. 4 hours won’t allow to extend, only 2 hours after expiry. Appreciate. See you soon.
