• The assessment was very accurate even though the session was just online. However, the engagement part was not so amazing, because as a customer/receiver, we tend to expect the provider to come up with the offerings and then we pick n choose what we want. Unlike this, the person (Mr.Pavan) didn't introduce what he can deliver untill I asked him what do you do so that i can tell him from your portfolio of offerings, I want this
