I joined Illuminate Sweat almost 5 months ago. When I first came in , I was weighing 208 lbs . I had low self-esteem, low energy, diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, and the list goes on. I was literally on the break of considering weight loss surgery. Today, I'm 185 lbs, I went from 5 different medications to two . My marriage is healthier than even , but must of all I'm happy . I'm happy to see my results. I'm happy when I walk into the gym and get my workout in. From Emily, Tolby, Nate , Coach D , who have been my instructors, and guided me every step of the way. Coming to Illuminate Sweat has been the best decision of my life.
