• I've been going to illumin8 for close to 6 months and it's been the longest I've gone to a specific studio. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They really are there to help you become better in your practice. I cannot sing Illumin8's praises enough.

• The Yin workshop was excellent! First, I love the studio & the darkness and candles! Even the warmth, we were not in hot, but warmer than other Yin classes I’ve taken, so it was really nice! Sandi was awesome and stayed after to answer questions and talk about it. All of the students said said should be on the schedule, maybe a HumpDay class to gear into the rest of the week.. or maybe every other week as a special class. It’s slow, yet deep. To me it is a really relaxing with releasing muscle tension. Like a massage you do for your own body. I think in a heated studio it would be amazing too!
