I thoroughly enjoy Nancy's class. It's challenging but enjoyable at the same time. She is a very knowledgeable instructor. The venue is great and good logistically for me.
Fantastic teachers
Although a small studio space, it was a calm and warm environment (through cold winter nights!). Our yoga teacher Susan Samuel was terrific. A passionate yogi who introduced many techniques, concepts and was able to tailor sessions in line with her students needs and circumstances. Also felt it was great value and all equipment clean and available.
