Not able to make it very often these days, a bit far to travel when working, so have hooked up with a nearer venue in recent years, but I first started my yoga journey 5 years ago with Lucy's Yin, remains a very special, welcoming place

Lucy is friendly, knowledgeable and ensures safety of people's practice. She modifies and adapts the session to the abilities and experience of the class. A lovely relaxing and physically challenging session. Highly recommended.
