You sign up via a Groupon, you have ideas in your mind what's it all about? Well..... nope! (Not a bad thing ). Knew I would be exercising, thought I might even warm up, but this was still while I was in my car. I walked in, greeted at the door by Brittany, after her introduction she asked a few questions and I told her of my background and my goals. Shoes off and ready to hit the ground running. Gloves were needed as the ones I had were not the ones needed. (Mine were for MMA, not boxing gloves) before too long class was about to start! Soon the battle of wills was starting. I lost! After a twenty minute warmup the boxing/kicking was to commence. Sweaty and feeling strong the hour was up! Having me crave more! Great lesson in exercise (discipline)and boxing. Will definitely be coming back for more!

Well, I wanted to give 0 stars but I have to chose at least one to be allowed to review this.
The worst experience I've ever had. I wish I could read more reviews before make a mistake signing a membership. People here are not interested in nothing but take money from you. Please, think before sign anything, I regret so bad and hope no one will have the same terrible experience that I had. Don't go there guys , look their review and stars.
Thats a total waste of time and money.

I really wanted to love kickboxing. The environment was welcoming and kind even tho I had no idea what I was doing. However, my second class I noticed one of the staff members recording on their phones. It upset me so I left to the locker room - went on Facebook to see there was me already posted online working out. On a public page that anyone can see.

I told the staff that really made me uncomfortable. All I was told was it was in the contract that I signed and that nobody has ever had a problem with it before. They also said it was not posted yet, and to only a private page for members - both lies.

I wanted to come here for me, not to be used for social media advertising. And they continued to try to sell me their package. They eventually did take the video down, but I was left with an awful feeling. And made to feel I was the weird one for not being comfortable video taped.

I recommend reading the contract carefully and only come here if you're comfortable being recorded and put on social media.
