• Raso was amazing built a connection by the end of orientation. Made me feel like my needs and goals were important and answered all my questions. The place was super clean and the workout kicked my butt. Loved how John and Raso both helped with technique.

• it’s an all inclusive atmosphere that doesn’t judge where your fitness level is at but what it could become. It gives you the opportunity to push yourself and break through mental and physical walls without being a crutch on someone. regardless there’s just an amazing vibe of support from EVERYONE
