Lovely morning class with Sunny, great way to start the day!
Class was exactly what I was looking for. Movement and stretches that worked me out but a bit of meditation and stillness to relax me. Liked the pace and the studio is very chill and calm.
Had a very good experience. Thanks. Suzie’s amazing, I hope they are back soon.
Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The centre is lovely , light, airy and clean. It's really accessible and I really felt included.
