Everyone there is friendly, welcoming and reassuring (needed as I was doing an anti-gravity trial and quite nervous). The studio is beautiful, spotlessly clean, but not sterile, alive and warm.
The class was kept small, perfect for an introductory session. I felt safe , even when upside down.
