Lovely yoga studio, great teachers and friendly staff
The room was so inviting. The padded Mars, cushions & eye masks were so comfortable. The Boulder for under the legs helped with my back. The actual experience with Maria was incredible, so much better than I expected & that's why I have booked for her next class.

I attended the sound bath and it was bliss Sue and Marie are amazing guiding you through the why where and now. It was a very emotional evening for me yet I came out cleansed and feel fantastic today after a very good nights sleep and all the thoughts that are jumbled in my head are now in order
