I had a wonderful time at the R+R Worksop last night, I always come away feeling so calm and relaxed.
Steffs energy healing was amazing, I felt so much and the little notes she wore resonated with me so much and have really helped me!
Sunni is always so lovely and supportive with the restorative yoga, she always makes sure I am comfy and if I'm not she will help me get comfy.
It's always such a wonderful atmosphere and the energy is so warm, I always look forward to these classes x
