It was such a lovely class. The studio is such a beautiful, welcoming space and warmly lit. Jess, our teacher, was brilliant. She demonstrated all the moves in our aerial yoga class clearly, made sure everyone was comfortable, and reassured anyone who was nervous. At the end of the workshop none of wanted to leave. It was so lovely.
