The studio is just amazing. It is very clean, looks beautiful and bright. It has cubbies for your stuff, showers if you need to run back to work or anywhere really and just want to shower. The instructors are awesome. The instructor even provided a cold towel afterwards with essential oils which was so refreshing.

Loved the instructor, but the heat was too much. I couldnt focus on the workout because the heat was making me dizzy. Will absolutely look at doing her class when the overflow studio is open.
