Great workout! The heat allows my body to stay loose and to be able to really get into my workout. The instructors are encouraging and move about so I can see them and follow along. The darkness in the room gives you a sense of security to go at your workout at your own pace without worrying about others seeing how you are doing. And the lights and music are motivating and make the workout fun!
