Immediately when I walked into the building, I was drawn to the positive atmosphere. Everyone was so welcoming and offered a tour right away. Literally everyone I came into contact with had a smile on their face. The space was so clean and bright. The workout itself did not disappoint, and it was so fun you didn't even realize you were working until you looked at the sweat puddle on your mat. Infrared yoga is next level. A huge thank you to Ashleigh and her team for bringing such a wonderful place to Sioux Falls.
