I'll also be posting on the mind body app but - the moment I walked in, I was greeted and welcomed so nicely. every single worker/instructor there made me feel comfortable. I loved how Kylie lead the class. she didn't make everyone go the same pace and she was aware if some of us were going a little slower and let us have some time to catch up. she made me feel at home and so comfortable. I will definitely be going back.
