The atmosphere is upscale and relaxing. The instructors are amazing. They are encouraging, genuine and great role models. The infrared heat is so beneficial and I'm less sore after my workouts. The lighting is fun and everyone is so nice and welcoming. Not only is ignite physically beneficial but it's also mentally uplifting as well. I have witnessed people overcome obstacles in their life and gain so much self worth and self esteem. Its also a great place to meet new friends.
