I feel welcome with warm greetings by the staff and the instructors are consistent with motivating energy and music. I always leave rejuvenated and the cold towels top off a great workout!

The classes have become an important a part of my week. I chase the feeling I have after I have gone and feel like I am developing more each week and with so many class choices there is always something to fit what my mind and body need. So it always makes me want to schedule the next class. Truly Amazing teachers, atmosphere!
