I've gone to another company before and the temperature was too hot. The instructor at the other company had us do a workout that seemed irrelevant and wasn't even doing the workout with us in the class. Maddie did the whole workout with us, could feel the burn and my muscles working during movements in the entire workout. The temperature at Ignite was something that at a comfortable discomfort - meaning it was a warm temperature that made you really work. I loved seeing that my instructor does the workouts with me - it helps me know that I can trust why the instructor is having me do. 10/10 would go again and recommend to others.
