It was a fun workout and I'm incredibly sore today. My friend only told me it was yoga and I was only going to hang out. The music and high energy environment was a blast!

Ladies at the front greeted me with a smile, gave me a tour. The motivation in class was amazing. The ppl attending the class were kind. They even helped provide stuff for me I didn't have. Very clean establishment and has everything you need to attend a class and yet get ready for your day if needed. Excited to attend more often
