Ignite offers a positive community and encouraging coaches. The workout is beyond rewarding and I left feeling super satisfied with my visit! The best part was that my friend and I were greeted at the door by a beautiful, SUPER friendly, and calm dog (doodle possibly who shed little to not at all) named Carl, who made the experience more exciting! :)
