I feel incredibly welcome and comfortable at Ignite despite being typically the oldest person in class. I like the low lights in the room. I like the intensity of the workouts. I like that it’s very self paced, and easy to modify if needed. The instructors are always encouraging. The front staff is always welcoming when I check in. I really enjoy going to ignite classes and highly recommend.
