Nicest studio that I've been to. Both inside Winnipeg, and out of province. The spin shoes are great, the layout was clearly designed by someone passionate about spin, Cari was amazing and her playlist was awesome

Love the variety of classes. I love that it's about fitness levels of all ranges. And no instructor is too preachy. I'm here to get fit and have fun -,not go to spin therapy
